1. Booking & Cancellation Policies

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments for clinical homoeopathy or cupping sessions. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may incur a scheduling fee.

2. Product Returns

Supplements and consumable products purchased in the store must remain sealed and returned within 14 days of delivery to qualify for refunds. Cork fitness equipment has a 30-day wear guarantee.
